President Hassan Rouhani’s letter of appointment
reads:
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the
Most Merciful
Dear Dr Mohammad Hatami,
According to Article 8 of the Act of Formation
of Psychology and Counselling Council of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and as
selected by the council, you are being appointed as the “Head of Psychology and
Counselling Council” for a four-year period.
I wish you success in carrying out your
responsibilities with upholding the rule of law.
